Julie Burns presents "An Overview of Arts-Based Health Interventions for Seniors Living with Dementia."
Who is Julie? Julie is a nurse educator at the University of Calgary and the Alzheimer Society of Calgary in a program developed to bring nursing students together with people living with dementia. Julie is currently undertaking her Master's degree to focus on how arts can be leveraged to achieve lasting health outcomes for the seniors population.
