Dear AGNA Members,
The Provincial Board is pleased to announce the AGNA Continuing Education (ACE) Awards. This is open to all active AGNA members. This year we plan to encourage attendance and offer two awards of up to $1,000 each to attend the national conference, CGNA 2025 - Reuniting at the Forks: Inclusivity in Gerontological Nursing Practice.
Criteria are as follows:
- Must be an AGNA member in good standing (includes student members who are currently licensed as an NP, RN, LPN or RPN).
- The award can be applied to registration, travel and hotel. Receipts of expenditures are required.
- Each recipient must write a 500-word posting for the AGNA website describing the highlights of the conference and how this will inform their practice. The posting must be completed within one month of the conference. Assistance with editing the post will be available.
- The application form must be complete and submitted by February 28th, 2025.

The Education Committee will review all applications and make recommendations to the AGNA Provincial Executive, who will select award recipients. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
